SPECIFICATIONS:

Structure	High purity alumina fiber insulation surrounding the chamber provides maximum energy efficiency. Heavy-duty double-layer structure with a cooling fan to keep furnace exteriors safe to touch. Doble layer steel case with forced-air cooling to ensure lower safer face temperature. One venting port is built on the top of the furnace One air inlet is located at the back of the furnace. This furnace can be put into a standard glovebox

Application Notes	For the longer service life of the furnace, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min. The cooling rate should not exceed 10 °C /min either. Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coating The heating module is easy to replace. Note	Toxic, corrosive, or explosive gases are not allowed for use with this furnace.
