Application Notes For the longer service life of the furnace, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min. The cooling rate should not exceed 10 °C /min either. Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with the alumina coating The heating module is easy to replace. Note Toxic, corrosive, or explosive gases are not allowed for use with this furnace.
