KSL-VMW-1400 is crucible microwave furnace in stainless steel vacuum chamber up to 1400ºC The microwave tube furnace is equipped with a precision SCR controller with 30 segments programmable and 1ºC accuracy. It can be used for sintering under vacuum and inert gas atmosphere.

  • Note: Microwave is sensitive for moisture. Please always keep chamber in vacuum to keep thermal insulating material from moisture
Application Note
  • Microwaves can easily generate plasma in a vacuum, which may damage the chamber sidewall sealing rings. It is REQUIRED to backfill inert gas to ambient pressure before use. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
