Specifications

 This is a pair of smart sealing assemblies for a tube vacuum furnace to tighten both ends of O.D 50mm +/- 1.0 mm without any welding and gluing. SPECIFICATIONS Package included One flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings (300 o C Max.), and six screws Vacuum Level 10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbo pump and 10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump Features Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. Two flanges on one side. One end flange has a vacuum meter with a valve, and another end has a valve. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly will connect with 1/4" rubber hose. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe. You may order a ceramic block in related products. Please do not over-tighten the three hex screws on the flanges to avoid overpressure incidents. The recommended torque is 35~40 inch-lbs.
