Single Quick Clamp Vacuum Sealing Assembly with Gas Inlet Valve for 20 mm O.D. Tube - FL20KF16QR

 FL20KF16QR is a single quick clamp vacuum sealing assembly with a gas inlet valve for 20 mm O.D. tube furnace without any welding and gluing. 

SPECIFICATIONS

Features	Single quick clamp vacuum sealing assembly with a gas inlet valve, which includes Single-side Quick Flange with KF16 Adapter KF16 Quick Clamp with Rubber O-Ring Adapter KF16 to Thread Size Fitting SS 1/4" BSPP Needle Valve SS 0.32" Barbed Hose Fitting and Hose Clamp Stainless steel flange with two high-temperature silicone O-rings. Seal the tube by tightening the quick clamp set with no welding and glue needed. KF16 port and clamp on the flange allow quick access to the vessel in the furnace. 1/4" in diameter vacuum sealing assembly connects with a rubber hose. Ideal for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz, and steel pipe.
Vacuum Level	10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and  10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump
Optional Parts	For precision vacuum control up to 10-4 torr, please choose our Digital Vacuum Gauge.  For the CVD application, please choose our Anti-corrosive Vacuum Gauge. (Fig.2) We provide various Fitting Ends for separate purchases. Warning	A refractory tube block is required in front of the flange to avoid the melting of the silicone O-rings.  Please consider purchasing our ceramic tube block. If the product is heavy, flange support is highly recommended.
