40T Manual Hydraulic Laboratory Press with Separable Pump - YLJ-40

YLJ-40T is a 40T manual hydraulic pressing machine with a separable pump for easy maintenance. It is an excellent tool for material and chemistrylaboratoriesto prepare compound or ceramic pellet samples.

Electric pump optional	The manual pump can be replaced by the electric pump which has programmable pressure control to use inside glovebox ( Feedthrough for manual pump is not available )
Warning	The pressing die cannot be used for pressing powder with a particle size < 30 microns. Small particles may slip into the gap between the pushing rod and the steel sleeve and cause damage to the sleeve during the compression. Ball mill and sieve the powder and apply only the 32~75 microns power to the pressing die to avoid damage. Please consider using the 3'' Dia. Sieve Set No.200&450 Mesh to separate the 32~75 microns particles from the powder clumps. Please clean the pressing die using ethanol after the completion of each experiment. Customers must always wear protective goggles during operation. Do not raise the bottom cylinder (piston) more than its maximum traveling distance. (MAX.25mm) Operate the press inside the glove box with the manual pump is not recommended Check the oil level and eliminate any air in the oil tank if the press has been sitting idle for a long time.
