The internal components of the EQ-VRB-C-LD Vanadium Redox Flow Cell (Single Split Unit) should be replaced to ensure optimum performance with extended use. This replacement package contains ONLY the parts that need frequent replacement so the user will not need to buy the expensive manifold blocks to continue experimentation. SPECIFICATIONS TYPE A For flow cells that use 7x7 cm, 5x5 cm, and 3x3 cm reactive areas (please click the right picture to verify) Current Plates: 2 pcs - VRB-CP Bipolar Plates: 2 pcs - VRB-BP PTFE Frames: 2 pcs of 7x7cm Reactive Area - VRB-PTFE7 2 pcs of 5x5cm Reactive Area - VRB-PTFE5 2 pcs of 3x3cm Reactive Area - VRB-PTFE7 Gaskets: 4 pcs of 7x7cm Reactive Area 4 pcs of 5x5cm Reactive Area 4 pcs of 3x3cm Reactive Area Carbon Electrode Felts: 2 pcs (7x7cm) - VRB-CEF7 O-Rings: 4 pcs - VRB-SOR Tube Fittings: 4 pcs - VRB-TF Application Notes Below are the recommended replacement periods for each component: Current Plates: Oxidized surface removal maintenance after 5 tests or 50 hours of test time. Replacement after 10 tests or 100 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage Bipolar Plates: Replace after 5 tests or 50 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage. Highly consumable parts that requires frequent replacement, please order additional units by clicking on the photo below: PTFE Frames: Replace after 50 tests or 500 hours of test time. Immediate replacement with damage Gaskets: Replace after 10 tests or 100 hours of test time. Application Notes Below are the recommended replacement periods for each component:
