This is an excellent tool to make the quality film for material research laboratories to make ceramic tape casting, battery electrodes, and various coating at a lower cost. Stainless steel knife blade with a precision ground edge. SPECIFICATIONS: Features Stainless steel frame with 4 precision rolling wheels for easy moving Built-in a slurry guiding plate to make coating material evenly distributed ahead blade. PEFE baffle plates are placed inside the frame to avoid slurry leaking 500 mm standard width. Make wet film thickness between 0 - 5000 microns.
