Description

EQ-PF-1S is an air-tight automatic solid powder feeder that includes a motor-driven agitator and stainless steel hopper with a built-in vibrator. It is designed for feeding solid powder into a furnace for continuous firing/heat treating with air-tight.

The material is conditioned to a uniform bulk density, evenly filling the flights of the feed screw, eliminating rat-holing and bridging which can cause clogging and buildup of materials. Note: Upgraded feature - timing control for the external vibration device is added in June 2016.

  • 28'' long feed screw for efficient power delivery. Note: The customer may cut the feeding screw into a shorter length if needed.

    Application Note

    Feeder-Tube Furnace Assembly
    • You may connect this feeder with a rotation furnace to achieve solid powder feeding automatically (pic.1).
    • In order to keep solid powder flow into the processing tube smoothly under a controlled atmosphere, you may need a tube flange with a KF25 opening (pic.2)
    • Powder grain size shall be around 200 mesh.
