MSK-SFM-11-H500 is a high-temperature rotary ball with gas flowing function up to 500oC and 3 bar pressure. The high-temperature ball mill can be used for the Mechanochemical activation of catalysts for CO2 methanation. Milling Jar

- 500 ml milling jar with gas inlet and outlet valves and swive support is connected to the rotation axis
- The milling jar is made of SS304 with dimensions: 80 mm ID x 100mm ( ~500 ml)
- 1/4" gas inlet and outlet with needle valve and a pressure gauge is ar included
- One swiving support is connected to the rotary jar, which can keep the gas-flowing fixture without moving during the rotation of the jar.
- Max. working temperature: 500oC
- Max pressure rating: 3 bar for positive pressure and 10-2 torr for vacuum

Temperature Control

- The milling jar is inserted into a heating jacket ( furnace ) with a digital temperature controller
- PID digital temperature controllers with 30 segment programmable with +/- 1°C accuracy
- Software for controlling temperature and displaying pressure is available upon request at the extra cost
