16 Station Rotary Coin Cell Crimping Machine with Pressure Controlled - MSK-HT-16

• 110 - 240V AC (50/60Hz) NRTL certified power adapter for worldwide use
• 24V DC motor with reducing gear, 15W. The operation is very safe without NRTL certification
• If you use the machine in the Ar gas glovebox, you shall order KF40 feedthrough from us to put the switching power supply in the outside glovebox to avoid arcing burning.

Position

• One rotary table is driven by an electric motor as a program
• 16 positions for 16 coin cell crimping die in one single run
• Pre-load components of coin cell to die manually
• Automatically crimp 16 cells by touching one button.

 Die Set & Compatibility

• Assembling die (made of hardening steel) for crimping CR2032, CR2025, & CR2016 coin cells (Optional CR2325, CR2450 die sets are available upon request).
• 160 pcs MTI's CR2032 cases are included in the package for immediate testing
• The die is consumable. The spare die is available by clicking pic. below to order
• 

Pressure

• A built-in load cell with a digital display for pressure measurement and control
  
• The device is Ar gas compatible and used inside the glovebox
• Pressure adjustment range: 0 - 1.5 metric tons
• Recommended assembling pressure for CR20XX coin cells should be over 0.8T for MTI's CR2032 cases. Please find the desired pressure by experiment.
