EQ-SP-7TC is a compact temperature-controlled induction heating/melting system with complete accessories, which includes a 7KW Induction Heater, 80mm O.D Quartz Tube with Flanges & Valves, Graphite Crucible & Refractory Assembly, 58L/m Recirculating Water Chiller, Vacuum Pump, and Mobile Cart. It is an ideal tool for melting, sintering new metallic alloys, and melt infiltration with a melting point < 1900ºC (under vacuum or protective gas environment). Please click here to learn the Fundamentals of Induction Heating The Induction heating system is designed for use under vacuum and low pressure < 0.02 MPa. Attention : A pressure regulator must be installed on your input gas tank ( click picture below to review ) and have the output gas pressure set below 3 PSI at all times after opening the gas tank with the gas maintained in a continuous flowing condition. Never heat the furnace while the gas release valve is closed and a positive pressure condition exists within the furnace chamber. The pressure gauge must be used to closely monitor the chamber condition at all times during the healing process The flow rate for gases should be limited to < 200 SCCM ( or 200ml/min )
