Application Notes

• SS304 mixing jar is suitable for grinding various metal materials.
• To avoid contamination, please pre-milling the material 2-3 times before normally milling, which can make a coating on the surface of the jar and balls. Please use one jar for one type of material.
• For milling the oxide material, please choose alumina/Nylon jars and zirconia media. DO NOT USE stainless steel balls in Alumina jars.
• Must place 4 jars or 2 in symmetrical with similar weights in the ball mill to keep balance during rotation, If using one jar, you must put another jar with the same weight in a symmetrical position. Otherwise, unbalanced rotation, especially one jar, may damage the machine.
