1500°C Hybrid Furnace (1.7L Box & 2" Mullite Tube) with Programmable Controller - KSL-1500X-S-H

KSL-1500X-S-H is a1500ºC high-temperature hybrid furnace that can be used as a 1.7L ( 12x12x12cm ) muffle furnace and a 2" tube furnace. It is a cost-effective and space-saving solution for material processing labs.

SPECIFICATIONS: 

Furnace Structure	The design of the drop-down door is for loading samples easy. The gas inlet and venting port are installed for use in oxygen or inert gas-enriched atmospheres. One 2" hole is opened in the front of the door to insert a 2" mullite tube when use as a vacuum tube furnace

Compliance	CE Certified The furnace is ready to pass TUV(UL61010) or CSA certification at an extra cost.
Attention Notes	For preserving the longevity of the furnace components, we recommend the heating rate not to exceed 10 °C /min. The cooling rate shall also not exceed 10 °C /min. Small cracks may appear on the surface of the refractory ceramics over extended use. This is a normal occurrence and the cracks may be repaired with alumina coating. Performance degradation (i.e. furnace can not reach the maximum temperature of 1500°C or it is drawing a higher than normal working current) can be expected due to the use of aged SiC heating elements. It is necessary to replace all the heating elements.
