Heavy-Duty Analog Ultrasonic Metal Welder with Foot Pedal Control, 35KHz - MSK8002K

SKU: msk-800-2k

Price: RFQ

Specifications

MSK-800-2K is an analog economic ultrasonic metal welder. It is designed for welding Nickel or Aluminum tabs onto the stack electrode sheet with current collectors (Copper or Aluminum) for preparing Li-ion pouch cells in R&D laboratories. SPECIFICATIONS: Features The solder joint is much cleaner and firmer than conventional welding methods. Low welding temperature ensures no impact on the metal's physical and chemical properties. Great electrical conductivity on the solder joint, the resistance coefficient is close to zero. Pre-treatment to working parts is not needed, and able to weld without welding solder. instant welding, able to finish welding within 0.01 - 2 second. Input Voltage 220VAC +/-10%, 50/60Hz Max. Power Consumption 2000W (Max 20 layers) Welding Head One set of the welding head and the base is installed for welding both aluminum & copper current collectors from 1 to 20 layers. Welding Area: 4mm(L) x 4mm(W) Optional wide welding head is available at the extra cost Ultrasonic Frequency 35K Hz Pneumatic Control (Not included) Air pressure at range 30 -120 psi is required, but not included for the operation Attention: If a gas cylinder is used instead of air compressor(pic2), a two-stage pressure regulator(pic1) must be installed on the gas cylinder to limit the pressure within the required working range for safe operation. Click here to learn the installation of a gas regulator. pic1 pic2 Feedthrough (Argon Version) The regular version can't be used in the argon gas environment (glove box). For operating in the glove box, the KF40 Feedthrough is required. Please select the argon version in the options bar. Compliance CE Certified NRTL certification available upon request at an extra cost An extra protective shield is added for the UL-Certified version of the welder. Application Note Nickel and Aluminum Tabs can be welded onto different types of current collecting substrates (Aluminum or Copper) when making battery electrodes. Compact design enables the operation inside the glove box with Ar atmosphere where Lithium Sulfur , Lithium Solid State or Li-ion half cell will be assembled.
