SPECIFICATIONS Package included One flange with gauge and valve, one flange with valve, two steel sealing rings, four high-temperature silicone O-rings ( 300 o C Max., and six screws Vacuum Level 10E-2 torr by a mechanical pump 10E-5 torr by a small turbopump and 10-6 torr by hi-speed turbopump Features Made of Stainless Steel with double high-temperature silicon O-rings on each flange. One end has a vacuum gauge with a valve, the other end has a valve. Seal tube by tightening screws on the flange without any welding and glue. 1\/4\" rubber hose can be fitted to 1\/4\" hose connectors at both ends. Designed for MTI GSL1600-100X and GSL1700-100X tube furnaces. Excellent for any type of tubing: ceramic, glass, quartz and steel pipe. The assembly kit will seal 101 mm diameter (4\" dia OD) processing tube.
